No pictures of the interior - hmm.

Is the rear spoiler stuck in the up position? That can be an expensive fix.

No mention of the volume of historical service docs that come with the car.

Odds are the CD player doesn't work.

Pictures aren't very impressive - most from a distance (no detail visible) and none showing the front of the car close up.

It's in Devon -> needs a relatively determined/curious buyer (at least IMO) to be prepared to schleps own there.

What's a "chrono-pack" on a 996T?

Good luck to the seller, but having tried to sell a 6T privately, I think he may struggle.

These are not Ferraris, a low mileage does not double the price IMHO

And if I was that fastidious with my car I would at least get an inspection service every year or an oil change, this has had 4 services in 14 years.

I could do without all this sort of Swiss Tony bks too:
