I think so.........
Not bothered what's been done and how much of somebodies money has gone into it.
Personally I don't like the look would sooner have a standard Targa to be honest but that's subjective.
80K?
Come on that's just silly.

But 80k is too steep - I'd think that if it was a Paul Stephens car, too - which I initially thought it would be since that's their familiar asking price.
If it was a PS car it would still be overpriced! But 80k is too steep - I'd think that if it was a Paul Stephens car, too - which I initially thought it would be since that's their familiar asking price.
There is a cost for doing these 'backdate projects' but that doesn't mean a car is suddenly worth the amount you spend.
I understand some people will want a car which looks like an older model, but far better to buy an original Porsche model.
I'm not quite as purist as some on this stuff, and like the look at least of some of the recreations that get posted here. That however just doesn't seem to work, the wide rear arches and targa rear just don't seem to gel. Could be poor photography, but it really doesn't look good at all to my eye.
Interior looks better, but why is one the dials white?
Still its all just taste and preference, hope the person who buys it loves it.
As for price - I gave up worrying about that on many classics some months ago. It all seems a bit bonkers to me, with most Porches positively restrained compared to some

The singers have a body colour coded rev counter, so they are copying that I guess.Interior looks better, but why is one the dials white?
