If you have self dimming mirror then dead easy to fit yourself by tapping the switched power in the roof panel, but pretty simple either way. Most cameras run a USB power supply, so you need a step down voltage reg, about £3 off eBay, thet can be sourced with the correct plug for the camera so v easy.
You can also run the cable yourself quite neatly along the roof, down inside the A pillar trim, down the side of the dash and across the glove box into the 12v socket in the passenger footwell if you don't want to make it too permanent, with the cable almost invisible.
If going for a full proper install, an option to consider is connecting to a permanently live feed so it can be used if the car is parked outside, but also fit a small discreet isolation switch if you don't need that feature when in the garage etc.
