Stunning cars but I have one major criticism; surely having the fuel filler in the centre of the bonnet is asking for trouble with dents, scuffs and drips?

I'd want my filler somewhere I wouldn't be so likely to damage the paint!

they way the cars been specified i doubt it will get much use - can you imagine what a young lady in heels would do to the paint on the interior - i wouldn't let anyone else inside it lol

The best option for those painted interiors would be to get them a clear paint shield wrap just as you would do the outside. If I could get one I would also go with the interior paint option, I think it looks fab. As for not getting used, well apparently they do, the one in France gets used fo commuting

Good to hear and based on a 964 so just about the most useable modern classic Porsche there is. Superb base and even with 385 bhp in poverty spec and carbon fibre panels sure to be amazing fun. The cars that are being made now will be a bit better than the first batch. The fit and finish on this particular car is honestly just about the best Ive ever seen. Attention to detail is second to none. Started man maths already....

That car has been in the UK for a while. It's stunning, the singer exhaust and 3.8 sounds pretty special.

There is at least one other in the UK - I saw a cream coloured one a couple of weeks ago travelling northbound on Battersea Bridge. Utterly stunning. Must remember to purchase a Euromillions ticket this morning!

Having had a quick peek on the website, I think it may well have been the French one, over for a visit. Only had a few seconds to take it in, and in that time I didn't notice the number plates (I'm not sure there was a front one, and I could only glance back as it passed me very briefly in order to confirm the presence of the gold Singer logo on the boot, as I was driving in the opposite direction).

I'd love one but not in this climate. Best saved for my imaginary pad in Santa Barbara.

Oh and I'd have to change the gearstick gaiter. smile

Love the Singer 911. I think it would be very high up the list of things to buy should a lotto win every materialise.

Beautiful beautiful 911, though I'd have carpet over the transmission tunnel.

All that money, and in its present state illegal to drive in the UK. It would (should) fail an MOT here I believe.

Why should it fail Wozy68?

Surely it's a modified 964.

I doubt it would fail an MOT. What on emissions? Its just like any other tuned 964 with sports exhaust. There's lots of guys here in the UK running monster 385bhp engines in their 964s.

Clue.

Well it would only cost a couple of quid to sort it ...... smile

Mind you I could be wrong, I'm not a mechanic or MOT tester.
