I was at Silverstone on my GT3 day and the GT2RS was out on the track
The instructor said it was overrated and not a patch on the 991 GT3
Did look dated too
I know which I'd prefer in my garage and it definitely wouldn't be the 991.
I have driven the GT2 RS and I actually think it is UNDERRATED, that car has power and s**t loads of grip with excellant change of direction - you definitely have to give your kids a farewell kiss before you take that beast out. I would take that over my beloved 991 GT3 any day - sorry "Marilyn"!

I find all this, my dick's bigger than yours a little bit pitiful on PistonHeads these days which is a real shame.

I am fortunate enough to have a 911 GT3 and to be honest when I see other vehicles of note I am delighted and interested, I don't immediately think well mine's is much better, more desirable etc. I am a petrolhead first and I enjoy cars, At times I get as much pleasure from my Westfield as I do from my 991. I have owned other GT3s I know their strengths, all have been outstanding cars in their own right.

If I had own a GT2 RS I would be delighted, not taking into account the value issue, just the pleasure of driving such a machine. I think people need to get away from knocking other models and look at the cars for what they are, these days I spend more time on RL than PH as I find the negativity at times boring and a little annoying.

I'll get my coat.

My aren't we sensitive. And to think I didn't even mention spontaneous combustion! Don't worry, you'll get over it.

I actually only said I'd prefer a GT2 RS in my garage. Perhaps you should chill a little?

To be fair Sid you are one of the worst for arguing that the 991 is better than any other GT3, I mean look at you're initial
Reply regards preferring it was a picture of the receptionist than the two cars pictured.

Sorry but white wheels don't suit white cars, that 4.0 needs contrasting wheels and arguably de-stickering.

Completely agree with you ,a similar approach when watching a game of rugby you support your team yet admire and respect the other team win or lose. You don't leave the stadium and run riot like some football supporters do.
Basically difference is conducting your life as a man or some bhy pussy.

Absolutely Old Chap. There is no excuise for poor behaviour on this Forum . It has Deteriorated particularly over the past year or so which is a real shame and to the detriment of the many decent Chaps who post on here.
