If you look you will see that my batts are down to 25%, there is a % drop of in boost from 40% down when in HL mode, I ran in HL all day until after lunch then went to refuel, 3 miles round trip, batts back to 100%,https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ZuBITN9C2U
Best I saw was 213 speedo, 203 on the beams, but ran max aero all day, wanted to test the batts in HL mode.

And pertinent to this is that the 918 is relatively slow in accelerating from 200kph.918 hits 200kph in an incredible ~7.3s but takes another 13.7 to reach 300kph and that is with the super fast gear changes. IM's 997 was about as quick 200 to 300 if you look at the numbers. Apparently Porsche tuned the 918 this way.
A lot of manufacturers limiting power at full loads/high speeds by the looks of things, keeps the engines safe I guess....

I was well down on e-juice on that run against the H, been doing back to backs for a couple of hrs before.....went to get fuel in the village, when I got back it was back to 90% plus.....Also I ran in max downforce mode all day, due to the weather, wanted to make sure it was planted, feel that in the dry with low drag on the wing, another 10mph is on the cards....
I also had px in for most of the day, so watched the braking, nice and early, my 1st track time with the car, still learning.....

According to Porsche the electric motor decouples at 265kph/165mph and 130hp is lost leaving 758PS to propel the 1640kg, this is why the 918 will "only" manage 203mph at Brunters IMO.
It won't do 210mph GPS whatever you do with areo IMO, unless you get a Porsche upgrade and get the leccy motor recoupled you are stuck with 750PS at the top end - all pretty moot really as the 918 is soooo much more than a vmax car, it is epic !

On a dry track, with low drag setting, and braking later, feel that it should see max,
Ken says, the low drag is worth 8 plus GPS
