I bought a 918 Spyder - it's a Good Friday!

Congratulations OP for getting one. After seeing Radders having a blast in his new one round Oulton Park I fully agree that they are a magnificent sight.
You have to hand it to the Malton guys for realizing early on that the 918 is a special car that would be very much in demand and for ignoring the naysayers that predicted Porsche were making too many compared to the P1 and LaF.

I reckon South to York via Oswaldkirk is it, to be better (less busy)
Both are great however
I think of the road to York to be more of a narrow back road, suitable for hot hatches and Caterham types. And the number of villages between Oswaldkirk and York break up the flow. But still, a jolly good time can be had if you get a clear run. Both are great however
Another plus for the Helmsley TT is the scenery to take in if you do get stuck behind a Doris.
