Don't be silly - Everyone knows that a Labrador needs their own car!

Mine has a Clio 172 with a load of KTR parts! biggrin

So the answer is as follows:
991 - no; with the rear seats folded the rear shelf is too pronounced
997 - yes; with the rear seats folder the rear shelf, while still having a lip, is not as bad and the dog bed would fit
Panamera - yes; just have to lift the dog into the boot as the opening is to high

and surprisingly having wondered into a Jaguar dealer this morning, the XKR is perfect especially when there isn't a spare wheel

but how is a dog worth the Jag's depreciation...............

to be continued

It depends upon how forgiving you want the "Lab" to be.

All I can tell you is that my Wife complains ... in a CR ...

Our cat thinks she is a dog, she comes in the car with us almost everywhere we go, she loves it.
Thats amazing, thanks for sharing.

Our family cat doesn't come with me in the car but she does sit on it and guard it.

Dudley, our Old English Sheepdog X Airedale Terrier has always preferred Targas as you can see:

He did try a 968 once but it was not to his liking

But now both he and car are Concours winners....

I keep the rear seats up and pull the front passenger seat as far forward as it will go. She jumps into the rear footwell and then onto the back seat. She sits up until we hit the motorway and then curls up, resting her head on the gearbox tunnel and goes to sleep. Admittedly there are signs of her jumping in etc but given I have done 170k miles in it, I am not too worried!

FWIW, you can fit 36kgs of Rottie/Staffie cross in the back of a 996tt.

I leave seats up and put 2 cushions into back seats and she's happy.

I forgot that the while the cat likes cars, she loves diggers, she will sit on my lap while I am operating the digger for an hour at a time!

So I found a white 997GTS which contrasts nicely with a black lab
