Love the bright blues and greens too but think the flat grey is nice and different without being 'in yer face' about it

I'm going solid black PTS. I'm not a big fan of the front and rear air intakes in black, so I'm going to hide them and make it a full on black beast.

Not sure its a RS colour but I love Fountain Blue ....not Ice Blue as many describe it

Mint Green is one of my favourite Porsche colours and looks fabulous on the 7.2 GT3, not sure if it would work on an RS though? Years ago I had a 993 painted in Viola metallic which always drew compliments

Searched on Viola and ended up finding Aubergine - stunning colour , not sure it's right for an RS but it's really sophisticated - yep not sure sophisticated and 991 RS are two things that go together

Any individual colour is not a risk at all if you mean effecting value. Aubergine or Mint Green will kore importantly look fabulous and they're historic colours to boot. Going back to value by way of example a mint green car will always be worth 20% more than another standard colour RS all things being equal as its such a rarer colour on the newer cars. The mint green UK 997 GT3 was always £105k when you could buy similar cars for £80k. I'd hate to think what the mint green 997 GT3 would cost if it ever came up for sale.

Just googled Viola and actually found the ad for my car when I sold it back in 2009 https://www.classicdriver.com/de/car/porsche/911-9... it looked very dark on overcast days but bright sunshine really lifted the colour
