OP is a fantasist. Reckons has a Mustang, 911 and a 300bhp DS3.
I have invited him to Santa Pod this Saturday, not heard from him yet but maybe he hasn't seen the thread yet.

Plenty of time for him to respond anyway.

3inch SS Pipe all mandrel bent, 200cell Cat so the lambda sensor doesn't go off, not that noisy at all,
Your remapper would have been able to sort that out (not that a sensor can "go off" but I guess you're talking about EML showing), but since you never had it done you wouldn't know.

No idea why I am feeding the troll but that really irked me.

I always laughed to myself when I visited the Ring on a couple of occasions.

Listening to blokes who thought their lap times really meant something, as if fighting for some sort of world title.

But even better, listening to stories of how they 'blew away' (insert much more expensive/faster car)...... ignoring any concept that the driver may have not been on it or even in the one bit interested if having a race. But still, their incredible skills overcame the other machines extras capabilities!

Don't forget to switch the citroens fog lights on driving around town... seems most boy racers around my area think it adds a good 20bhp. Or for some reason think it looks good?

They go a lot faster if you have the stereo turned up to max with lots of bass as well as the fog lights on. Quicker than a Veyron then!

what's happening at Santa Pod ? can you just turn up and test your 'skills' over a 1/4 mile against others ? if so I might turn up in my Fiat Panda 4x4 with fog lights - I humbled a 918 spyder from the lights the other day, in crawling traffic on Park Lane, dontcha know...

Yes, you just turn up, and see how fast you can go in a straight line over 400m. You get a print out and everything.

It seperates the bullst from the truth, terminal speeds are a good indicator of power whilst the time takes into account traction and your skill at launching whatever it is you are driving. Turbo Porsches with 4wd tend to do partcularly well surprise surprise.

OP is still quiet? Am I seeing you this saturday? Anyone else on here is welcome to come also, prob only going to be there half the day.

I'd love to but my water pumps dying and supercharged cars in hot weather don't like broken water pumps. Is it a regular run-what-you-brung? Might have to pop along in a month or two?

Yeah, regular RWYB. A friend is joining in an SL55 actually, looking for a mid to late 12s run in that.
