Thanks , it's a lovely thing that I've recently had restored inside and out - I was feeling great about it until I noticed that she dropped a wheel cap on the drive down - bit embarrassing - I guess it's the equivalent of putting on your best suit for the queens garden party and wandering around all day with your flies undone !

The car is an RS (ish) , however it is 100% accurate inside and out and also has a genuine RS 2.7 MFI engine and as such is quite special to drive , if not 100% , the real deal smile

Glad you made the day

Hi RSVP911 and apologises for not chatting to you on the day, perhaps next year. However, the Porsche event at Chatsworth last Sunday was once again a fantastic day out for all the family, with plenty of Porsche cars to drool over and owners to chat to, and I even managed to take a few photos on the day despite being dragged round the rather impressive gardens later on in the afternoon by the wife and kids.

So to anyone that's never attended this regional Porsche event at Chatsworth House in Derbyshire, here are a few photographs. I will probably upload a few more pics onto my Flickr account in the next few weeks, but this should give you a good taste of the event which is well worth attending, because it has so much on offer for not only Porsche owners and enthusiasts, but also the wife and the kids who may well not be that interested in car stuff.

Haha, very droll, I meant to save a copy of your Porsche on my phone so that I knew which 911 to look out for, but in the chaos of the morning what with trying to load up two young kids, wife and all the other stuff I forgot!

I was actually parked further down from your car at the bottom in the red 928 S4. I think we arrived just after 10am.

Great choice of colour. I think I took a few more photos of your red 993, so if you want some higher resolution pics then let me know.
