All irrelevant now!

You can no longer a 991.1. I missed the boat! fk my life.
So you can't order a 991.1 but spec and price details not released for 991.2 so you can't order that either?

What are the salesman doing???

All sitting around for the 4 hours I was at Silverstone qtoday. The guy I spoke to was genuinely embarrassed when I asked 'How long is the wait for a new 991S?'. He said 'I can't really say. We're in the gap between the current model and the new one so can't take any orders'.

Silverstone has a few Boxsters and Caymans, but mostly SUVs and the Panamera. I think there was 1 new 911 on show (and 1 secondhand). It was quite cringeworthy.

Built one but the Code won't work..

£80,600 though.

Guards Red, 20" S wheels, Sports Plus seats, extended leather, phone prep, folding mirrors, rear and side tinted glass, '911' badge option.

I did spec the black/grey two-tone interior but it wouldn't add it, so I did Agate grey which is the same price.

Keeping it to £80k, I'd rather spec the extra leather and improve the interior than add things like PASM, Sports Chrono etc.

The 991 GTS can still be ordered....991.2 overlaps the GTS build run.....so I'm told...

Blimey. Thanks for that! Really does stretch out the price difference if only the GTS is available, but still good to know.

Hi all, I am planning on trading in my V8 Vantage for one of these:
PGDRBC24
http://www.porsche-code.com/PGDRBC24

Not least because it seems like exceptional value, when taken with a discount that gets it closer to £80k.

Have I missed anything worthwhile from the spec?
