The flow across the rad is top to bottom; the coolest part will be the lower section; the AC condensors get very hot; their job is to cool the refrigerant - condensing it - and they warm up far quicker than the coolant radiators - hence the fans that run as soon as AC is turned on.
The amount of condensation is relative to humidity in the ambient conditions - the warmer and stickier the more will be created; not just on the external pipework the evaporator produces a large amount too - that is the 'conditioning' part of AC (the system removing the humidity from the air - reduces the temperature)
Coolant level will settle after disturbance - 50 or so miles then recheck cold and top up - it will stabilise after that.
