Is the bubble about to burst?

Both of the 964RS's for sale were nice cars.
The hammer price for the Blue NGT was £140k - buyers premium on top was 12.5% + VAT - the car was sold to Germany!
The "monkeybum' RS was bid to £100k at which it did not sell - there was an announcement as this car went on sale that it did not have its original engine, it had been replaced ...... but no reason given for replacement.

I know what you mean although I recall DB did have a 993 Carrera S from new in the late 90's so he has some taste and history re Porsches.Fair play to him I say. No sour grapes here.
