DELETED: Comment made by a member who's account has been deleted.
I don't think he's a knob at all. He's doing his thing. I think a lot of Porsche Knobs have bowed down on one knee to him though which is a different matter.

He didnt lose it on the corner in the normal sense.

He was pushing on a bit and mid corner realised that the truck was there and on coming traffic and there was no where to go. He tried to slow the car down but it was too late.

Not defending him, he was probably talking to the journalist and not looking ahead enough.

That's a shame, I really enjoyed the urban outlaw film. http://vimeo.com/44410797 Comes across as a pretty decent bloke carving his own niche if you ask me. Hope he's ok and rebuilds the car in his own inimitable way.

Looks like he didn't have anywhere to go when it went a little wrong, with the parked truck and approaching traffic.

Looks like the idiot didn't a) consider view of road forwards and b) stopping distance. That's a completely ludicrous moronic crash. I cant believe people are blaming the truck driver for where he parked. FFS. C'mon! Wouldn't have happened in a 996.

Unrelated to the accident, but the way Magnus made his money, and his passion for the 911 is a real eye opener. He has made some very astute decisions and direction changes. Fair play to him. Shame about the chassis he's bent, but he likes his patina LOL

What a a prize burk, some of the worst driving I've seen in a while. Like a 17 year old ragging a corsa round Harlow roundabouts to get his missus all 'tingly'. Kind of like what he does (although his hair needs a good cut, wash and blow IMO) but there is no excuse for driving like a complete plum when others are around, one thing driving around LA pre dawn, another driving with other road users. Idiot.

Surprised he overcooked it so much as he's a regular early 911 driver so should be used to slow in fast out. The tyres he was on didn't seem very effective. Just a case of lack of concentration and overconfidence due to the journalist and camera!

As an ‘Urban Outlaw’, can I assume he has immunity from prosecution for such immature reckless driving??

Perhaps he just made a mistake? Of course noone on here has made any mistakes driving. I certainly haven't!
