Opinion sought on valuation for insurance renewal

On the back of this thread and the market, I have re-valued my car mid-year. Added £5,000 to the value (3rd party valuation) and Classicline’s extra premium was...nil.

Always been happy with them and after this, all the more so.

In more important news (much of PH is about values as opposed to driving at the moment) I have done 1,000 miles in the last month. It has been *much* fun!

Late entry but may be helpful

I had my 993 Targa valued by the Valuations Officer at TIPEC and he turned it around in a pair of days. Classic line Insurance accepted it without any quibble and Helga now officially valued at £38k ( 1996 993 Targa Tip 65k miles. Black on Silver).
