Cayenne S Diesel Order

My 1st post to the forum after much lurking (including all 160 pages of the Cayman GTS post 
).
I placed an order (and paid a deposit) for a new Cayenne S Diesel at the beginning of August. I'm aware that the model isn't currently in production whilst the engine is brought in line with EU6 emission regulations (nothing to do with the latest scandal). The dealership is telling me I can expect delivery around the end of November / beginning of December but they can't give me a build date and the order remains 'open'. The Porsche website still shows the old EU5 engine and I'm a little concerned it's going to end up being a case of mañana, mañana. Meanwhile, my Audi is starting to cost me money I'd rather not spend on a car I'm getting shut of.
Has anyone else on here got an S Diesel on order and if so what are you being told?
