They are on the up big time, dragged up by Turbo and GT3 values, and why not? They are a great
car, and still at an affordable value for money price.....
Do you know that something like only 10% of these models suffer the issues described above, and crucially
almost all of them sub 40000 miles, if you find a 60 70k car chances are it wont need doing ever, don't listen
to all the drama, don't get sucked into it
Hmmm

Just bought a MY52 C2 996;

54,000
Full SH - OPC/Specialist
MO30 - Brand New all round
IMS LN Bearing
PSE
Sport Hardback Seats
BOSE/PCM2.0 with 2015 Maps
18" Carrera Wheels
Bassalt Black with Black interior.
Auto Mirrors/Wipers
mObridge bluetooth
About 15,000m in the last 4 years...

£21500

Looking 3/4 years ago you could have picked up 20-40m cars for 16-20k.... it's nuts. It will be used as a summer car and i'll buy a snotter for the winter, hopefully value will maintain but I have bought it to drive.

I was quite particular with my wants and desires in terms of spec & maintenance... looking through the classified there isn't much that can be had thats facelift, coupe, pse/m030/ln bearing, £10,000 spent in last 2 years type car.. for under £20/21k... and at the end of the day, if you could have got the same for 1-2k less, is it the end of the world?

good history is something you cannot create, so yes it allows great peace of mind.
Having owned a good few gen 2 cars they are sharper and more nimble than the C4S, a
great drive, hope you enjoy it
