Would the £140k of parts not be needed to put what seems like a proper bodge up right? Maybe whoever owns it realised it needed proper money spending on it to bring it back to it's former glory, but then you look at the car sitting uncovered in the bodyshop, covered in dust and st and you do wonder. Don't get me wrong I've been in plenty of smaller bodyshops that have no media presence whatsoever and turn out some amazing work and I know of big groups that i wouldn't wish my worst enemy to take their car to. The CGT though is a special car and deserves special treatment. Who knows what the full story is?

So you're saying it's a car that probably can't be fixed,

and the doors of unit left open, thieves came in stole the parts, no forced entry....insurance claim for parts....

just an observation, not accusation.....
What is the easiest way to realise its monetary value. Repair it .... oh wait you cannot get it repaired and you are out of pocket. I know get some gypsies to steal the bits and then you will just have to put a claim in. Oh dear.

Of course it may just have all been an accident of coincidences.

I wonder what the insurance will do with regards to payout. At least they will be able to get themselves some new tracksuits.

The poor garage owner managed to break the tie wraps off from his wrists. Must of left some bad marks to be able to do that

Not if you know what you are doing, its possible to do without any real harm or injury unless its the real thick ones. Same for gaffa tape, although that stuff pulls the hairs off your wrists!

I won't ask why you have so much experience in being tied up...

Getting out of tie wraps isn't that hard if you know how.

But as stated when I had to demonstrate tape it pulled all the hair of my wrists out at the root.

I feel for women who endure waxing of the delicate regions.

Reference the GT, this has insurance scam written all over it.

When back to back to the front you use your thigh to break them. Wrists up high, bring down fast to meet your thigh as you "knee up".
Will break fairly beefy cable ties, although in training only use light ones as you can injure yourself (quite seriously).

If you have been stacked, front or rear then its still possible, but bit more involved.
