I've been disappointed with Charles Ivey, even though they're just up the road from our place in Putney. They seem very keen to get my car back out of their expensive garage instead of taking the time to get to the root of a problem.
My car is currently at GT-One, who seem more professional - I'll update when I get the car back next week.

Dependent on how far West your willing to travel, try Porsche Torque in Uxbridge. - www.porsche-torque.com
Sid has a good reputation and reasonable labour rates, recently completed a fix on my 964 which I was happy with.
He also apparently does all of the spanner work for 911 Virgin.
