Belgium to north Italy driving roads recommendation required

Next September (2017), three of us are going to attend the Spa six hours and then travel on in our road cars (with wives) to stay in Italy, just south of Florence for a few days before driving back to the UK a week later.

Over the years I have noted that the Porsche contingent on here have done many European road trips so I am looking for some tips of "must drive" roads that would be on or close to our route from Spa to Florence. It would also be good to have some roads in Northern Italy and around Tuscany too.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

I have this too, and it is superb. Also have the northern Italy one called Curves.
