Nine Excellence - Great customer service.

My father who is a pensioner decided to buy himself a 2005 Cayenne S
It had a very good service history up until about 4 years ago when it got a bit sketchy.
Being new to Porsche he wanted to take it into Porsche West London for an appraisal
and service.
I persuaded him a far better route would be an independent and based on the reviews
From this forum and word of mouth I thought I would check 9E's site to see if they also
work on Cayenne's.
I was pleased to see fixed price servicing and after speaking to Adam on the phone he suggested based
on the history,a major service with plugs was the way forward.
He kept us up to speed on everything he found and I have to say all of the small extras that he suggested
needed attention after getting the car were very reasonably priced and when my father mentioned he would like some
winter tyres Adam sourced some for a cheaper quote than my trusted local supplier who I've been going to
for 20 years and who I know work on very small profit margins.
Adam was also kind enough to reassure my father he has bought a solid Cayenne with no issues after the work
was finished.I thought the final bill was incredibly reasonable.
Just wanted to share our experience and let the forum know 9E are great for run of the mill Porsche servicing as well
as the tuning they are famous for.

Just seen on 911 uk that 9e are doing some great "Black Friday" weekend discounts at the moment on servicing, tuning, suspension upgrades and Kline exhausts. 15% off service prices plus lots of freebies (brake fluid, air-con service, alignment check). Exhausts/tuning very tempting.
Well worth looking into if like me you are unlucky enough to have your servicing fall around the festive period..
