Discolouration and Manufacturers Warranty

I recently bought a 5 month old cayenne from my local opc. The callipers have lost their colour and the aluminium window frame seem to have a rough finish. Is this something that the manufacture warranty should cover? The salesman said the callipers on cayennes lose colour easily and having had a look on their website the majority are actually discoloured. My 2007 turbos callipers look brand new and have never been repainted

In addition does anyone have a good contact with West London OPC service, everyone I knew has left.
