Current daily is an F10 BMW M5. Had it nearly a year and thinking of a change, not sure what for at the moment.

I'm with Robbo on this one, if you're into windsurfing then it has to be a van, mega tax efficient as a company car, very useful for shifting crap to the tip (Mrs will like that) and kids love it and the main benefit is that you will drive your Pork more cos vans are, well, vans !

Here is mine, lowered with a Bilstein B4 chassis, silencer delete and of course fully chipped....

And to make up for yesterday's trip to Wales for those south easterlies here it is in warmer climes smile
TB, were you down at Newgale with Jim ?.

Again, can't beat the van. Have RRS, but we always go for the van as decked out inside, so perfect for MTB and windsurf/surf gear etc. Had RS6's and rest, point and squirt boredom in 2 months flat, huge fuel bills and stratospheric depreciation.

I'd gone from running Range Rover (had to have one) to Commercial spec Discoveries and then (again because I had to have one) a 2014 Defender 110. I've got more and more miserly in terms of what I'm prepared to stump up for my work motoring. The Defender was unfortunate as, when I bought it, it complied with HMRC van tax, but then the rules switched and it was, obviously, then pretty expensive as a 'car' BIK.

Skoda Yeti 1.2 TSI great all-rounder the quietest engine ever cannot hear it on tick over .Would defiantly consider another Skoda now on number 3 . Will look at the new Kodiac when it come out this year.
Do like the VW Caravelle but a bit big for my needs as only ever two in it

Shortly after I bought my 911, the neighbour was asking me about it - he's sort of into F1 and cars - and I was a little worried he'd bring up the odd occasion I sneak out early in it (like before 7am) as the front of our properties sort of form a courtyard and noise could be an issue with a fussy bugger. No such issue, fortunately, but he then went out an bought an ex-demo C63 AMG, so now he gets his own back anyway!

Sounds like a chapter of the local Hell's Angles have rolled up when he arrives home. Wonderful racket.

BMW 730D. A GT3 is great. But if you have to do a journey that involves sitting in traffic, or if it's cold and wet, or if you just can't be arsed with all the drama of a GT3, you need a big comfy wagon with all the toys....... that's my take anyway.

My Porsche is a plain Boxster and an old one at that. For practical use I also had a C55 but that's now made way for a learner friendly Fiesta. That being said none were really daily's as the real daily is a moped - I can still do 45mph 2 up as well - and a train biggrin

This is a pretty swag van, I think you could be on to something here, maybe a could sell it as I won't need to bring the windsurfing gear into the house and dry it all, she loves that, of course I will anyway! And it's probably more economical than the S3 and safer on the licence.....

BMW330D MSport convertible or the Cayenne Diesel for family stuff. Clio 182 Trophy for weekends or the Mini Cooper Convertible if sunny.

All bases covered I hope for when the GT4 proves a little too impractical.

I'm doing 100 miles round trip too, only 3 days a week though with my VW Beetle Turbo 2.0 (Manual). It's been pretty good more than a year now, massive boot space and pretty sweet engine (Golf GTI TSI engine basically) - Golf R would be a great option too imho bandit
