All done and back on the car. TBH I'm not sure if I'm 100% happy with the colour, however if it's "factory" then fair enough, although if I'd had the choice beforehand I might have just gone for Arctic Silver to match the car. Again, they look darker here then they are in the metal. However they certainly make a huge difference to the car...very pleased with the quality of the job...although I will get some new wheel centres and colour match them to the wheels. One good thing about the slightly darker inners is that they definitely seem to hide the brake dust a bit better then bright silver which is a good thing!

I think that colour and contrast looks superb and as you say it will hide the brake dust.

My 981 alloys have similar colour on the inner surfaces, with a diamond cut face and they are brilliant at hiding the brake dusk.
