Congrats to everyone who managed to grab a new or nearly new car recently driving Seems like it's been a busy week at OPCs...

Call me cynical, but I suspect it might be Porsche trying to avoid 5 consecutive months of negative year-on-year sales whistle

Here's the changes, week on week, for 911s at the dealers. Some have been disposing of selling more than 4 a day!

Well I may have been one of them.
There’ll always be ‘doom & gloom’ but life is short, the best months of the year lie ahead (I hope), so a 992, and some euro trips are the perfect antidotebiggrin
Good for you !

Hopefully some of the others are genuine sales. Overall though it tells us how despite what Sales Execs will tell people they are not shifting cars and need to hide the inventory levels to not look like it is a problem……

I really cant believe that OPC Preston sold 16 cars last week, especially when those cars are still in the showroom unsold!

Congrats!

I'm off to the Alps next week and have been trying like crazy to secure a new GTS at the right price for me. I reckon it's got to be one of the best Euro-trip cars out there. Enjoy.

It could just be timing of deliveries in. I don't know if it's the same in the UK but we list all our inventory, even cars that have been shipped and have not yet arrived. We've had a bumper new car month purely because a whole load of sold cars came in. I've delivered 2 GT4RS, a 911 Turbo S and a Macan GTS (all ordered obviously) in the past week and colleagues have all delivered similar numbers.

I imagine a West London Porsche Center will be a big store and will shift big volume.

Those number all total nonsense, the lovet group of 4 opc have none!,not what i see,the floors are bulging and outside.
Opc chester said they need to clear 50 cars a month and require a 100 car stock to feed it.

Porsche gt4rs aren’t meant to be difficult to get; yet your opc sold 2 in one month 🤣

yes uk opc's do advertise cars once they're in transit to uk. they havent had a bumper week, thats for sure. cars have either just been taken off sale or have been registered and will appear as pre owned shortly!

GT4RS's are VERY difficult to get.

I delivered two in one week but I sold them last year.

The numbers are either being manipulated ... stock is being re-classified, or a lot of one to one deals are being done ?

Thanks for the info !

(Average sales of all Porsche are 500 cars per month and their stock has just reduced by 500 cars in a week ...)
