I THINK THE TOPIC OF THE THREAD IS VERY UNSUTIABLE AND OFFENSIVE
It's no good complaining on here, if you feel strongly enough about it then complain to the forum owner.

Oh come on - the guy was peed off coz a biker scratched his car and buggered off, so gave his thread a dodgy title. Big deal - it's not as though anyone is going to take his suggestion seriously for god's sake!

Don't get your knickers in a twist about it.

Some of the comments in this thread are pretty depressing. Scraping cars, revenge, my driving is OK but their driving is rubbish. Really - where's the love gone ? We are all road users in a congested society. I know I drive fast but when I do I know I am breaking the law, will accept the consequences, increasing risk, and won’t blame anyone else but myself when it does.

The main problem motorbikers are caught up in accidents, well the statistics, is these stupid scooters.

they have no "get out of trouble power" no "you really need to stop right now" stopping power.

Naaaahhh - scooters are cool (well the ones I had were)

Kids riding 50cc like maniacs are certainly dangerous, but that's the same attitude as the kids in Novas driving like fools.

A Gilera 180 goes pretty well, however, and also stops pretty well. Takes some time to stop from 90 mph, but these things are designed to be agile, flickable town bikes, not A-road monsters or trackday specials.

Woah... his point about the thread title being offensive is perfectly valid. If there was thread called "killallporschedrivers" then you'd be pretty riled yourself I imagine. So while he has been a bit of a tool in trying to drum up support for his cause and all he had to do (and indeed all he could do) was to complain to the forum owner and leave it at that there's no real need for the insults and calls for the thread to be deleted is there?

Why - do the porker owners on 911uk.com think significantly differently from those on PH?

Stop being such a girl - it's just not that big a deal!

I drive a Porsche and ride a bike funnily enough a GSXR1000

I find comments on this thread and the others very depresing and quite frankly very sad.

I hear quite regulary people say things like I hate bikers they should all die. A bike overtook me the other day I hope hes under a truck but those coments come from muppets who drive shopping cars to the end of the street.

I didnt expect such myopic views from petrol heads.

You'd imagine not wouldn't you? Sadly the individual's personality always shines through regardless of what they are enthusiastic about and how much common ground they share with others interested in the same basic thing even if the interest is manifested differently.

Hey Steve F - I hope you complained about this too - such clear incitement to kill moped riders completely convinced me and I've run 3 of the little sods over in the past couple of months. A real pain cleaning the wheels afterwards....

Nel, you heard about the Oz pick-up driver?
Walked into a bar, seemed a little distraught.
>"What's up mate?"
<"Oh, i ran over a pig in the road, made a right mess"
>"Oh dear, that's awful. Any damage to your ute?"
<"Not much, but his hat's still stuck in me bull bar..."

Nel I think pirelli just launched a deeply grooved front superbike tyre capable of sweeping scooters straight into the gutter without the need for remedial wheel cleaning. Fitted them to the R6 and they work a treat.
