Well known 996 issue, could well replace RMS as the bete noir of 911 water cooled ownership.

Good news indies can go it for c.£200 each + labour.

Yep, RMS is sooooo last year. Squeaking is this year's must have.

Mine was a drop link. Car squeaked when on lock, got bad enough that you could push on the wheel arch for it to be heard.

I'm now squeak free.

For now.

had mine done front and rear (just in case) it stopped the problem.

Had the fronts done on mine to stop the squeaking.

About 250 all in iirc.
