Yeah but even at £50k it's expensive given the value that will be lost if you dare drive it! Still, if this an indication of the perceived value of 993 turbos then I'm happy as mine was a LOT less than that with less than 50k miles on the clock, and I prefer the ocean blue to that green.
We shall see if the price drops with time, but there is no way they'll sell it at that price.

I would say that its shagged anyway - its not good to be sat around doing nothing for long periods.
Corrrosion - oil - petrol - rubber - brake discs - brake pads - all fluids.
Cylinder bores - turbo - all very fragile and designed to be run - not bloody stored.

They are having a laugh! Mind you, bet it sells. To someone with a beard.

Happens to be my fav too Oli , I went looking for that colour (including Savannah interior) , and would choose the same colour combo on my next one if given the chance .... Keeps the sale price down nicely for me too!!
It's funny how this colour thing works ... the most desirable colour for MK1 Golf GTi's was Lhasa Green, which looks very similar to the colour in that photo (and happened to be the colour of the 2 Mk1 GTi's I owned. Perhaps that's why I like it so much.) Consequently Lhasa Green Mk1's changed hnads for a lot more than similar cars of other colours. And yet, that colour on a 993 makes it undesirable? Odd. (Still love it!)
What's a "Savannah" interior? Mid Tan, I'm guessing. (Which would complement the green quite nicely!)
Oli.
Same with Oak Green and MK2's. Owners of oak green cars like to think its the rarest/desirable colour and hence try to charge a premium.
Anyway, I like it.
