Just thought this may be of interest - and sorry if it's already been posted.

They are now all available through download on the Porsche website :

Official Porsche Parts Catalogue

Goes from the early 356 to the Cayman (1950 -> 2005) ; you can even work out how a Carrera GT is put together.

Are you 100% certain about the web address? I drew a blank! Probably finger trouble though! David

Well, here it works if you copy and paste the link into your adress bar.

For some reason the link is not clickable as I posted it ?

Cheers Thom, very helpful.

Not clickable because it's a secure site, https and not http

Try this.

Door check straps appear to be hanging underneath the lead one

in fairness, a lot of the information may have been lost when they were transferring it across from the papyrus.

From which I deduce Ultima don't make a similar parts catalogue then ...

Hey, the build manual CD rom and stig's build sites are really good. But I quite fancy ordering a few bits from the CGT to slap on it

ok but just to be in keeping with the current part procurement regime, you can only order parts that require massive modifications to the chassis, relocation of the engine and suspension pickup points, new body, brakes and seats in order to fit

just out of interest i wonder how much a cgt kit of parts would cost?
£2.5k less, like a caterham?

I was thinking stuff like door mirrors, wooden gearknob, rear exhaust heatshields... anything that they sell in halfrauds to bling your car up, basically

Shame. I already have the engine.

Wonder if they'd ever sell you bits if you got hold of a chassis number from somewhere?!

I imagine it would cost 3x as much to build from the components, knowing Porsche mark ups.
