FWIW I had the similar problem car was fine at inspection. Few days after delivery lost all coolant too a theme occuring here too. Needed both radiators replacing the supplying dealer did it FOC out of goodwill.

Was this from an OPC though? Goodwill like this is very common from OPCs.
