oxalic acid is good and cheap get it from the chemist though,removes traffic film industrial fall out,metalic residue like if you park at a train station,easily sponge on hose off no energy or scratches,also removes all old polish ect does not mark bright work ect,
as long as its not to strong 1/4 of a cup to a bucket of cold water!
buff and wax after,
for a paint shop finnish use 3m finnese it with a foam pad wash off residue apply fav wax

On a side note, tried the Clay Bar last week, unbelievable. Removes a lot of st, even small bits of tar. Downside is it highlights all the stone chips etc, so much so I'm sending my 996 in for front bumper respray. Maybe I just wanted an excuse.
