If anyone is interested I gave my car a little too much right foot coming off a side road onto the A23 and left some black marks on the road. They are proper N rated Michelins so if you popped down there with a pallette knife you may be able to recover some rubber and stick it onto your wheels.

Just a thought....

As a school teacher can I discourage this kind of advice. I jealously guard my stock of Blu-Tack and severe punishment is delivered to any small ratbag who tries to steal any.
