nice thread recall :-)

Just cleared out all my Porsche stuff, but still have the TTRS
I would love a Cayman R but the power is disapoining and less than my gen 1 Cayman lol
Come on Porsche make a Cayman with 380BHp please.

TTRS Vbox times are

30-60mph 1.89
70-120mph 6.4

it's very fast now and quite funny going up V other fast stuff ;-)

not got a 100-200kmh run as it just before a gear change my 100-198 is 8.3 seconds

Nice figures from your 911 though.

Yep no doubting the TT RS figures, mega quick and great economy for the performance too. smile
What BHP is your TT RS now?

I shall try some 30-60mph and 70-120mph at some point. smile

I test drove lots before deciding on the 911 including TT RS, Cayman S (Drove an R after getting the 911), R35 GTR.

For me the 911 though not the quickest and certainly not very tunable, I just loved the drive and the way it felt, I even preferre it over my M3 CSL for the way it feels on the road, always involving. Shall find out how it feels on track soon compared to the CSL as well which I think is an area where the CSL will probably edge it. smile

The Cayman R I drove I agree, still needs more power, but they have certainly improved the grunt down low, though the weight loss will help with that too. Its handling is immense, but I still preferred my 911, not because the 911 is better as its arguably not but for me I find pushing a 911 more fun. One could say a Cayman is a trained race horse, does as its told and does it very fast, wheras a 911 is more a wild horse its just as capable but its harder work and in my oppinion more fun too. smile

Not sure on BHp 410 to 430BHp with 400ft/lbs :-)
It holds onto boost well hence it's so fast for the BHP
IE 911 turbo/Nissan GTR fast in gear.

Aiming to get under 1400kg's next.

The 1st S-tronic TTRS has been mapped the owner is just about to vbox it
that's going to be a lot faster than mine imo 0-100mph in the 7 second range at a guess
which for a 45k car with £220 tax and 30mpg is amazing.

I miss the CSL and the Cayman S, but no one makes a car I really want atm (well I would take a GT3 4.0 lol) , hence keeping the TTRS just because it's fast.
