Just a reminder Chaps , If you know of any rear bells I would be most grateful.
Possibly thinking of selling my PF Brake discs complete with bells, the discs are in mint condition, will only be able to sell once I get the rear bells.

Thanks

Just returned from a wet but fantastic Le Mans Classic, I camped so the wives Chelsea tractor came in handy otherwise I think the GT2 would still be in a field.

Spotted this driving around near the track.

Now compare that to the £150k 996GT3 RS that JZM have just advertised.

Interesting times indeed, this GT2 looks very nice!

I do have a soft spot for the 6RS so took took a gander at the current JZM stock list. What jumped out at me was the price of 993 Turbos. Damn they make 6GT2's look good value! For me the GT2 is more special in every way. Just my opinion smile

I enjoyed my old 993 turbo (430bhp factory pack) had it for five years however I enjoy the 996GT2 a whole lot more, couldn't be more different.

Not yet, mirrors have been ready for ages but they're still working on the wing. Won't be long smile

The prices of 993 Turbos is utterly ridiculous. Pretty cars that go ok, but comparing one with a GT2 just cannot be done. In terms of what you get, rarity, pedigree etc a 996 GT2 has to be worth 2 to 3 times greater than a 993TT, not the other way around. Someone is going to get their fingers burnt...... Big time. Oh well its a nice day, might just go for a drive in the GT2 :-)

It's not really a clubsport even if the cage and seats have been refitted, but very nice anyway.

Is it not? Unfortunately I wasn't able to translate the advertisement but looked like a CS - carbon mirrors, wing, full cage, extinguisher, nomex seats, red belts? I suppose they can all be retrofitted.

This looks to be a real clubsport as it has the factory cage, it's not the tequipment one. Plus has the extinguisher and nomex, although they can be easily retro fitted the cage is more tricky.

My clubsport has an internal battery cut off switch which I believe all clubsports came with, this one seems to be missing it.

Keep telling the kids it's an ejector seat...

If you get a chance, can you take a pic of the cut-off? I'd like to see where they were fitted etc.

Cheers.

Still thinking I might sell mine as the move at work is a go, so pretty excited. Thinking is to buy another in the US as opposed to storing my current car in the UK.

Putting a value on it is super tough though, it's low mileage with original panels and great spec.

If you look at 996 GT3 RS prices currently then it makes it even harder to gauge.

If you want to maximise its potential then I think you'll need to keep it a little longer.
