I could not get anyone together this year as I want to come up in Convoy. I think there is enough of us now
To seriously be game for next year. After doing Gstaad to Como I owe it to the GT2 to sample the smooth roads.

Karl can you believe that car sat on the market for a while, I go to look at it then someone walks in
And reserves it on the spot !! It was a lovely car but im after an RSR with cage, harnesses and must be on
Carbs with oil cooler at the front. This one had throttle body injection, needs a gearbox freshen etc.

The wife has now given me the go ahead as she loves the old school cars, she could not get her head around the 991 GT3,
she is a clever bunny, we looked together at the number of cars on the market and she just said, obviously there not that rare are they And then one drove past the office Lol. I need something that is completly different to the GT2 and I fear that the GT3 will feel gutless low down the Rev range as I discovered a while ago which does not work for me as a road car as I'm not a huge track chap. You need to be at license loosing speed to get "that feeling".

Im going to wait for the Essen classic next year as they always have stunning cars Forsale at the show. Air cooled for me next !

Don't remind me as it hurts. At least I know now what I'm after so I just need to be patient as it's an IROC rep I'm after. Essen will have one. Anyway enough Air Cooled talk, I'll get stoned.

Nice RSR rep running PMO carbs at SCM. Wouldn't cost a lot to wrap it or repaint it in a funky RSR colour

I need two rear tyres, what to buy?

Car will see a a few trackdays next year, but since I am not chasing a championship or anything, ultimate pace is not really a concern.

No my tyres definitely look more road oriented then those. Is that a pure trackday tyre? I want a tyre that at least have a chance to maintain road contact if there is a puddle..

So is it the Pilot Sport I linked to I am after then..?

Thanks
