Mine was filthy after a good drive on Sat so this is after a good clean.
I'm going to try and arrange an Alps drive with whoever is up for it next year
so any suggestions welcome.

Mileage worshipers need not apply, life's to short for that nonsense.

I need to liaise with the boys but I'm assuming May ish. Weather should be nice then.
The Lakes through Como and Lugano are stunning so would love to drive over Gottard Tunnel.

Is it me or are the 996 GT2s looking even better the older they get.

Our trip leaves at 14 May and we will be back at 21 May.
Day 1- visit Porsche museum
Day 2- driving through Black Forest and into Austria
Day 3- driving passes in Switserland (Klausenpas/Susternpas/Grimselpas/Gotthardpas/san Bernandinopas
Day 4- driving into Italy Lake Come and taking a ferry
Day 5- Driving around Lake Garda
Day 6- Brescia start of the Mille Miglia
Day 7- Driving to Austria
Day 8- Driving home.

That is a huge drive, are you booking Hotels in advance or chancing it ? We're are you starting from.

went to Silverstone last Sunday . great day in the GT2 . managed to get a few passenger laps in a 918 . Sam ragged the arse out of it and we pulled about 170mph on the hanger straight. it made the GT2 seem slow. it was the highlight of my year thanks to Sam

They are special cars, a client of mine just bought one and said it makes his 991 RS feel slow.
Still it's nice to see your car being used as intended to. Best post in a while, anymore pics ?
