They are. However, -with no stability control- would you risk having them on when there is a chance of rain?
I really wish they make Pilot SuperSports for the GT2 sizes but so far they didn't.

Blancpain GT series at Zolder was great last year so that might be a good one. Zolder is a great track for spectating and the racing in that series is furious. Makes F1 look boring.
Unfortunately, they don't seem to visit Zolder this year. http://www.blancpain-gt-series.com/calendar

Sadly not available in 18 for the GT2. I used AO48R's for a summer and they were great in the dry, useless in the cold and wet, ok in the warm and damp - major downsides were noise, it sounded like an army Defender...

The GT2 has finally met its match, well in a straight line at least. Almost there with this animal.

Is that still not finished? How long have you been building that thing?

Now thats an idea !
On a serious note, I drove the car back from the team that built the car and it feels stupid fast as its all grunt and no Turbos and injection., its just instant. No substitute for Cubic Inch so I'm sure
it will melt the tyres.

This gives you an idea of how it's changed in the 26 years of ownership

Ill be making a few home style videos of my history with the car and what I have done to it over the 26 years of ownership on YouTube. I didn't even have a license when I bought it with paper round savings LOL. Im going to compare the GT2 and Consul together as in my mind the GT2 is a factory Hot Rod and thats its appeal to me, Frankly I never liked Porsches before the GT2 as I saw them as yuppy status cars but the GT cars has proved me wrong (Just my opinion). i.e. rear wheel drive no Tc nonsense, just a pure driving experience.
Should have some footage up in 2 months but Ill be at Supercar Sunday in it.

Atleast with the Porsche youve got used to straight line driving and not going round corners ;-)

You coming to the next Clophill meet (check the Herts Section for details)?

Funny you say that, I find with the GT2 once you have the correct entry speed and the nose is in, the traction is pretty good to catapult you out as long as your approach is balanced and smooth, you can hustle it.

I'll try and make it down.
