I've been looking at porsche craft adds and they are looking bloody good value! I've only sold them a car but that was years ago. Tried to buy a car but didn't work out.

I think they have got better as a comany over the last 2 yrs.

Having just bought a 997 Turbo from Portiacraft I though I would share my experience on the forum. From start to finish I found both Martin (sales manager?) and Harry (owner) nothing other than professional and completely focused on customer service.

Looking through previous posts I had concerns, especially as I was buying the car without seeing it first, so it was all based on trust and honesty in the description, and I'm delighted to say the car was perfect. Whilst not detailed, it was clearly prepared to a very high standard and the pre and post customer service from both guys was outstanding. I realise that anyone buying a used Porsche will always have high expectations, sometimes unrealistic, and sometimes things may not go to plan...but for me this was an outstanding experience and I would definitely deal with Portiacraft again.

I was given their number this morning by another dealer. I'm looking for either a 993 or 964 targa. The chap I spoke to was very helpful and although he didn't have anything in stock, asked me to email him with my details so that he could contact me if anything came through.

He replied thanking me for my mail within five minutes.

Pretty good service towards a cold caller, I'd say.

Good company, when my air con failed after 5 months they replaced both rads and re gassed free of charge, they could have wriggled as the warranty conditions didn't oblige them to do this, also they could have got away with one rad. Will always look to deal with them.

I was there 2 weeks ago on a Saturday it was like Piccadily circus they had 5 cars going out that morning to customers. I fell in love with the red 964 they have and could not understand why it was still there but seems they have now sold it.
Great guys to deal with I enjoy my Saturday visits although Harry no longer works on a Saturday Martin and Ollie run the place.

Have nothing but good stuff to say - bought from them last June and found the experience perfectly pleasant.

They were also quick to respond over email (esp Harry) which is not always the case with garages.

Sure everyone has their own experiences so not casting doubt on anyone elses stories but personally I was really happy with the whole process.

I take people/experiences as I find them and I say it how it is.

Portiacraft sold me an honest car and despite some negative comments on here harry was straight forward to deal with and the technician there was top notch. I also have had good experiences JZM and 9E.
