Was having problems with ABS unit due to water ingress, usual lights and bleeps at start-up and ABS wouldn't work at all. OPC charge in the region of £2k plus VAT for a new unit and second hand ones are rare as rocking horse pooh, but I rung round the usual breakers and was offered a second hand unit for £750 plus VAT. Last call I made was to Frazerpart who offered to repair my unit, I didn't hold out much hope but after a few days the unit was returned looking like new, I just installed it and all problems are fixed saving me a lot of money and a 12 month unlimited mileage warranty http://www.frazerpart.com/acatalog/Porsche_Electro...

Well Done Roger! I had this problem 18 months ago and tried 4 repairers who couldnt fix the abs module, ended up with an ebay bargain for £250.

forgot to ask how much did they charge? as i still have the old unit in the garage and it might be worth repairing it as a spare....
