Just found a 12V outlet in the passenger footwell. Not seen it in 3 years ! Who knew !

Tucked up in the corner, against the transmission tunnel. On a bracket with a hole next to it, as if for another one !
Handy for dash cams.

On another subject, have we all still got our original V6 diesels, or has anybody upgraded to a facelift?

Mines in for a service in Nov and I've asked for one as a loaner so I can sample the differences (if any).

I'll use that experience to judge whether or not to wait for the next gen model.

Still got mine, will wait and see what the next Generation brings, not bothered with facelift version

I was lucky enough to have a look at the new Panamera today which they have at the PEC....based on that and what I have read about that interior being the basis for other Porsche models I'd be waiting for next year's Cayenne. I was thinking about buying a Cayaenne Platinum Edition but I think I will wait to see next year's car.

The new Panamera look fantastic but is serious money!

The new Cayenne does have the same interior so will look lovely but I think the exterior will be the usual evolution. As the nights are drawing in I've made the jump now taking advantage of the great deals available right now and my man maths suggests a saving of around £15-20k on like for like if the new model follows the price hike of the Panamera. Not sure if the residuals will balance this out though but bring on winter, I'm ready for you.

Very devious pricing structure of the new Panamera where the 462hp 4 hybrid is approx £15K cheaper than the diesel if you include Sport chrono and air which are expensive options on the diesel. If you assume next gen Cayenne pricing follows suit the hybrid in both models will easily by far be the best seller IMHO.
Another clever marketing ploy by Porsche where the most expensive to build variant by far is 15% cheaper to retail!.

You can order a car to spec for delivery in Dec 2016...so almost no wait so I am sure you're right!

Macan SD. Again, quite heavily optioned, but I do tend to keep my cars long term.

The Cayenne has been absolutely excellent for its intended use, and most of the options have added to the enjoyment.

So, still delighted in my 2013 Diesel S. Happened by a weighbridge the other day. They are fat b'stards. Can't find the book weight, but I'm sure it's not 2.44 tonnes !
