It was even more lovely in person, but most older cars have more charisma than their modern day counterparts, not just Porsche. In 30 years time we may be saying the same about the other two. Anyway, thought it an interesting picture of them lined up, same colour. Clearly some shared DNA throughout.

I can imagine. Silver on what looks like a red interior on an old car like that is just stunning. 997/987 and 991 are nice but will never hold he same nostalgic appeal in the future for me.

you are correct its birch.it just makes me smile everytime i drive it. I've had a lot of compliments by people (and a few bad ones) but each to his own.
