For the first time in many years I'm Porsche-less!

Please say hello to the McLaren 650S biggrin

Was a totally spur of the moment deal - caught a glimpse of dihedral door in the window as I drove past! Excuse the poor pics but when I took them I didn't actually think I'd be buying it!

Collecting this weekend.

Only me tittering at the juxtaposition of the establishment in the background of the pic ?

It's had a number of owners, so potentially. Marble grey interior, a December '93 car, which I believe were some of the first 993's registered in the UK. Just treated it to a whole load of work; mainly brakes and suspension, and wheels returned in GT3 gold as a bit of fun.

Well aware that Aventura is not universally loved.....but I like it, and I quite like its rarity.

Better angles - just had the wheels refurbed and they're a little more gold than i'd planned although a massive improvement on the battered originalswhich were badly done in black... now taking suggestions for possible subtle visual tweaks..... carbon roof wrap ?

superb country lanes blast today, strangely empty roads, beautiful winter's day, even had the sunroof fully open and window down, to hear the lovely engine growl....love my 911 turbo!

I'd start by matching the centre caps to the wheel colour if it was mine. Then polish and wax it to protect it from the salt and go drive the hell out it.
