Where is the aerial for the radio located i am getting a lot of interference and i need to check connections

Paul, The aerial on my car (2004 Mk1) is located in the void between inner & outer front wings. Access via the 'hatch' to the front lights. You need to grovel around..but it's a bog standard telescopic radio aerail, typically found in Halfrauds for £10-£15.
I'd check the grounding to the chassis and spray the co-ax connections. Nick

When I saw the headline Aerial I thought someone has switched to an atom anyone driven these lethal bit of kit ? , I thought you have to be nuts to drive a Tuscan but these owners drive there pocket rockets on the road. !!

thanks paul Paul, Sorry - it's passenger side. The aerial is not fixed in any way - just left to find a natural 'angle of repose'. Once you've identified the co-ax, just unravel and you'll find the aerial at the end! Nick

has anyone managed to get a decent reception on their radio? i havent even bothered connecting it and use my ipod but i do miss it at times....
