Hi Guys. This is my first posting since collecting my gorgeous Reflex purple Tuscan last weekend. And i love it to bits. (if only i knew how to post pics on here)
I was putting stuff in the boot, when the lid came down on the back of my head.'F'shout was the first letter of the word i used. So it looks like i need to buy a new gas strut for it.Not bad eh only had the car a week.Anyone know where i can locate a new strut?
Back again soon no doubtirked.......Dave

Create an account with www.photobucket.com and then you can host your picture, upload them from your pc, then just click on the IMG link to copy the picture link, and then paste it (ctrl & V) into your posts.

Are you happy with the repray? I was told it was going to cost me around £2k by them o have the front end sprayed in reflex purple! Ouch!

or get the correct size (length, diameter) and stiffness (in Newton Metres) and buy a nice stainless one from here:-

http://www.strutsdirect.co.uk/components/stainless...

Simple way to post a photo is use "Upload an image(beta)" from the screen when you enter a post.

Hi mate.I'll try to follow your instruction with the photo bucket thingy. And yes i'm well pleased with my paint job. Also very pleased with the paint guard vinyl too.Everyone who has seen the job are amazed how good it is.I had the complete service bonnet done,so there is none of that edge of vinyl half way up,which holds the polish. If interested call Steve at paintguard.co.uk Tell him i recommended him.If you are thinking about the front end,i'd allow plenty of time for the sprayer to locate the paint.2 months in my case.

You don,t need to go on photot bucket thingy, just follow these instructions much more simplier.

If you reply to a thread the box you type you message in has got smilies at the top and underneath them you will see some writing and the one on the far right which say UPLOAD AN IMAGE (BETA) just click on that and it will browse your computer click on your picture folder click on the picture you want to upload job done

Just fitted a replacement boot strut to my 06 Tuscan S , the standard 540N Camloc strut ( I have had two of them) never seem to have the correct lift force for the extra weight of the Tuscan S's rear spoiler. Ordered a 650N from SGS and it now feel's so much better, hopefully no more boot lid on head situations smile
