Have you checked the hall sensor?

Good place to start.

If the digital speedo is working but not the needle you may just need to adjust the worm gear. You'll need to get the instrument cover off, then carefully remove the stack of PCB's one by one until you can access it. There is a good guide here, follow until step 10 where you have access to the speedo needle motor.

If you have a digital reading, the sensor seems OK.
Check that the glass of the instrument cluster is not touching the neddle. I once had that on a Tuscan, the needle was stuck.

As said above, previous Tuscan had a loose glass screen on the speedo and this was slowing the needle and sometimes stoping in.

Current Tuscan, had a lazy needle but when the lcd screen was changed, all seems ok now. Other than loosing the total Mileage.....

The problem is solved
One screw missing for the step motor of the needle.

Mine seems nice and stable until you hit a bump... then it jumps all over the place. Might get the pod off this weekend as it must be mechanical.

Mine works until it gets hot.

Pop the air con on and it starts to work again.... Obviously mine is heat related.
