New owner!!

Hi all,

I got to about half way of looking at all the threads in this section and although it would have been nice to read them all I have put a deposit down on a Tuscan mk1! I've wanted one for a while and time is right to finally get something to really annoy the neighbours!!

I've purchased through Racing green and although reading in here they aren't everyone's favourite, they are local to me and had the colour I wanted (black with a grey interior). Sales guy I've been dealing with seems like a good guy, proper car guy not just a salesman, but we'll see over time how good they are.

Hopefully picking it up in 3/4 weeks.

I think the reg (which could be changing as it's private) is S1 AGX. This is where everyone says they know it and it's been written off 5 times, stolen twice and had 15 rebuilds....all by a local mechanic :-(

Don't know the car but judging by the number of times its been written off and the number of dodgy rebuilds its had sounds like you have found a good one.

Enjoy it but be wary of it especially initially, lot of power in a lightweight car so its easy to get it going sideways when you don't expect it.
Will be a long 3 to 4 weeks.
