Thanks again everyone, and Mab1, really useful link to what I need, cheers.

Car arrives tomorrow, so I'll take a couple of photos during the week and put them up.

Welcome to the club!

Similar to the other advice, I would start off with only a few bits:

- Trickle charger (accumate or Ctek are the main ones, but Lidl often do decent ones cheap)
- Proper tyre pressure gauge (the handling is over sensitive to pressures)
- Metal rear screen clips (Raceproved or TVR Power do them). They hold the rear screen in much better
- Silicone spray, and some anti friction tape will also reduce any squeaks from the rear screen.

Are you the kind of person to do any work on the car yourself? If so then the Graham Varley manual... if only as a "just in case".

Finally... Shell fuel points card. smile

If you the type (like me) who suffers with "upgradeitis" then don't get too sucked into buying loads and loads of upgraded parts until you've settled with the car for a bit. What works as an "improvement" for some people isn't always the best solution for you. The general upgrade which has the most benefit/cost is suspension.. however I found my factory Bilsteins to be absolutely perfect. It's only when they started to leak that I replaced them.

Oh, and join the TVRCC, if only for the magazine. Whilst the online forum isn't very active, it is a well organised club and deserves the support (in my opinion).

Edited to add: If you're into Cleaning/Detailing then i'd be happy to answer any questions from my own experience. Purely amateur but now have a decent set of products that work well.

Well here we have it, arrived yesterday. A Dec 02 3.6 with 42k, by far the best I viewed and the last owner has had it for 7 years and really looked after it. It comes with a fully detailed history, adjustable Bilsteins, Tuscan S brakes, uprated cooling, new clutch last year, Air Con... And I am a very happy boy.

I haven't seen this colour before, it's Alfa Romeo Nuvola Blue (pearlescent) with magnolia hide and navy blue Lamonta headlining. Also comes with fitted garage cover.

Great colour!!

I'm sure it's the same as the colour my mk2 was for a while when I bought it, lots of green in there as well as it's a 3-stage pearl..

Morning, I think the chassis plate should show you the colour (check bottom right box).

That said I didn't get my colour from there, I have the origional order specification and whilst it's similar to the Crystal Topaz (I viewed a couple), this has more of a gold fleck in it in the sun.

Mines Nuvola Blue and being an Alfa colour had no trouble getting a pot of touch up from paints4U!! Perfect match and nothing like the grief I had sourcing TVR Crystal Topaz for my previous cerb.
