I've owned my 2002 Tuscan S since March 2011 and bought it for 16700£, it had an engine rebuilt and 37 000 miles I recall, all major work done like clutch, flywheel etc. Tires weren't new and the paint wasn't perfect but when I look at the classifieds it seems like it was Damn cheap!!!

I brought my red rose in Aug 2012 with 45k on the clock, it had a full power rebuild, nitrons, recent clutch and almost spotless paint. I paid £12,800. I considered that to be a bargain for what you get
