Is a Jaguar F type a replacement?
Discussion
Off topic to your question but.........
I was looking/drooling in the Aston forums and it's amazing how many have made the cross over from Tuscans and other TVR's to the Aston Martin range.
Jumping from any TVR (exception of the Sagaris) There is a big bank balance difference to sit yourself in an F type, Where as £30-40K can get you in a British V8 Aston.
All boils down to finances I guess... I would think that a mass majority of TVR's are owned outright but the F-Type probably have majority of PCP deals.
Unfortunately I'm not in the position to make either decision... carry on drooling

I drive a tusc 2 S and a few months back I had pleasure of an invite by EVO mag to drive F types on millbrook testing grounds. This was all the diff type cars and engine sizes and after 4 hours of ragging a fantastic car I got back in the Tuscan and just grinned like an idiot. The jags do everything well ,I loved them but I just didn't get the same buzz.
If I had the money I'd have a conv v6 F type and my Tuscan.

I've been toying with the idea of getting either a DB9, a GTC, a Sagaris, a Maserati and now you've got m,e thinking of an F type
I'm 56 years old and want to cover one or to more on my bucket list before I'm too old.
When I was a kid I promised myself a Continental. I'm sure I look back with regret if I don't do it now.
Problem is my Wife doesn't like them.
